Return & Exchange Policy

    Thank you for shopping at crickethubusa.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, we’re here to help. 
Goods must be returned undamaged within 1 week from the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and the shipping charges will be covered by the person returning the item. Any goods used even once by removing the original manufacturer packing wIll not be refunded/ exchanged. This applies to all goods that are returned. Please note items purchased under "SALE" are NOT eligible for returns/refund/exchange. 
Please send an email to crickethubsua@gmail.com for any returns in order for us to process the return request. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order or before they are packed and shipped. A restocking fee of 5-10% may be applied to your refund depending on the item. Goods which have been customized cannot be cancelled after the service has been performed (customisation includes but does not limit to bat oiling, knocking and face sheet application. 
In certain cases, we will accept an exchange for another product, a refund or credit.
Please also have your online receipt or proof of purchase when returning items.
